Where I Focus

You’ve probably spent a long time working around your pain or fatigue, maybe even been told to live with it. I don’t think you should have to. My focus is helping you feel steadier, move more freely, and get back to the parts of life this has been crowding out, starting with whichever of the areas below sounds like you.

Pain Relief

When pain is widespread or has been part of your life for years, it changes how you sleep, how you move, and how clearly you think. My aim is to bring your day-to-day pain down to something more manageable, so you can get back to the things it’s been keeping you from.

I commonly work with people living with fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, and ongoing back and joint pain.

Easing the pain

  • Acupuncture and soft-tissue work to help calm widespread muscle and joint discomfort.
  • Gentle, hands-on techniques to ease tender and overworked areas.
  • Pain-management approaches designed to work alongside the medical care you already have.

Sleep and energy

  • Practical, sustainable changes to help you sleep more soundly.
  • Nutrition and lifestyle support aimed at steadier daytime energy.

Focus and clarity

  • Support for the brain fog and mental tiredness that so often come with chronic pain, through nutrition and daily-habit changes.

Inflammation

Inflammatory conditions are unpredictable. Good days, hard days, and flare-ups that seem to arrive out of nowhere. My focus is helping you have more steady days and feel less at the mercy of the pattern.

I commonly work with people living with rheumatoid arthritis and other inflammatory joint pain.

Calming flare-ups

  • Anti-inflammatory nutrition and botanical support aimed at easing day-to-day discomfort.
  • Practical strategies to help you recognize and respond to your own flare patterns.

Joint comfort and movement

  • Gentle mobility work and manual therapy to help keep joints comfortable and moving.
  • Acupuncture to help ease stiffness and swelling around affected joints.

Steadier energy

  • Support for sleep, stress, and daily rhythm to help with the fatigue that often comes alongside inflammation.

Mobility & Recovery

When an injury lingers or a movement starts to feel risky, it’s easy to quietly stop doing things you used to do without a second thought. I work to rebuild movement gradually and safely, so you can trust your body again.

I commonly work with people recovering from rotator cuff injuries, frozen shoulder, and chronic overuse injuries.

Easing pain and tension

  • Acupuncture, cupping, and soft-tissue work to help with stiffness, swelling, and tension around the affected area.
  • Hands-on techniques to release tightness and support circulation.

Rebuilding strength and range

  • A gradual, personalized movement plan to help restore range of motion as comfort allows.
  • Strengthening work introduced at the right pace to support a lasting recovery.

Understanding the cause

  • A look at your movement patterns and daily mechanics to understand what’s driving the problem.
  • Practical guidance on posture and habits to help keep it from coming back.

Nerve Health & Fatigue

Nerve pain and deep fatigue are hard to explain to anyone who hasn’t felt them, and they often don’t show up neatly on a test. I focus on calming the irritation and rebuilding your energy at a pace your body can actually handle.

I commonly work with people living with sciatica, low back pain, nerve-related pain, and ongoing fatigue.

Calming nerve irritation

  • Acupuncture and soft-tissue work to help ease nerve-related pain and release tension through the lower back and hips.
  • Cupping and gentle hands-on techniques to relieve pressure in the surrounding muscles.

Movement and posture

  • Gentle, core-focused exercises to support the spine and ease recurring strain.
  • Posture and movement guidance to help reduce the patterns that keep tension coming back.

Rebuilding energy

  • Practical, sustainable changes to sleep, stress, and routine to help steady your energy over time.

Not sure which one fits?

That’s completely normal, and plenty of what people deal with overlaps more than one of these. If any of it sounds like what you’re living with, let’s talk it through and figure out where to start together.
