I became a doctor for the people who'd run out of answers.

I focus on chronic pain and fatigue, the problems that wear people down quietly over years. My job is to listen properly, work out what's driving yours, and help you feel more like yourself again.

A Note from Dr. Kyle

A personal message to my patients.

I’m Dr. Kyle Viehweger, a naturopathic doctor focused on chronic pain and fatigue.

I got into this work after watching people close to me live with conditions like fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis, the kind of pain that some mornings kept them from getting out of bed. Seeing how much it took from them, and how often they felt unheard, pushed me to understand chronic pain properly and to build care around the whole person.

Most of the people I work with come to me after a long road, often having been told to just live with it. Over the years that has included more than a thousand patients dealing with conditions like:

  • Fibromyalgia
  • Lower back pain and sciatica
  • Osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis
  • Rotator cuff injuries and frozen shoulder
  • Nerve-related pain
  • Migraines and tension headaches

Ongoing fatigue and overuse injuries

Everyday habits matter more in chronic pain than people expect. Sleep, food, movement, and stress all shape how pain feels, so I look at those alongside hands-on treatment rather than treating any one of them on its own.

I work closely with each person to put together a plan that fits their life. Depending on what’s going on, that might involve dietary changes, herbal support, acupuncture, movement, or adjustments to sleep and daily routine. I’ll always be straight with you about what I think I can help with and what to expect.

Let’s work out what’s driving your pain or fatigue, and build a plan to change it.

Thank you for considering me. I’d be glad to help you find your way back to more good days.
